1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

2. Acceptance of Terms

4. Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) active account on the mineph platform. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited.

During registration, you are required to provide your active Philippine mobile number. This number serves as your primary account identifier and is used for account authentication, OTP verification, and account recovery. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number.

• You must not share your mineph account credentials with any third party.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must promptly notify mineph if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• mineph reserves the right to require additional verification of your identity at any time.

mineph reserves the right to refuse account registration or suspend an existing account at its sole discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, underage registration, or violation of these Terms.

5. Identity Verification (KYC)

Before processing a Player's first withdrawal, mineph is required under PAGCOR compliance obligations to verify the Player's identity. This process, known as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, requires the Player to submit the following:

• A clear photograph or scan of a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document (acceptable documents include: PhilSys National ID, UMID, Passport, Driver's License, SSS/GSIS ID, PRC ID, Voter's ID, or Postal ID).
• A selfie photograph of the Player holding the submitted ID document.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of GCash or Maya account showing name and mobile number matching the mineph account).

mineph reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within a reasonable period after being requested to do so may be restricted or suspended. Withdrawal processing will be held pending until KYC is satisfactorily completed.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits: The minimum deposit at mineph is ₱100. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos. Accepted deposit methods include GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. mineph does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction limits or fees.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal is ₱200. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit (same-source withdrawal policy). mineph processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated on the platform. mineph may from time to time offer bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback, reload bonuses, VIP rewards, and referral incentives to Players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms stated in the corresponding promotion, in addition to these general Terms.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (also referred to as a rollover or turnover requirement) that must be fulfilled before the bonus balance or any winnings derived therefrom may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Game Contributions: Different game types may contribute differently to the wagering requirement. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live dealer games and table games may contribute at a reduced rate as stated in the promotion terms.

8. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the mineph platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and are subject to the rules of the respective game and game provider. By participating in any game on the platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The outcome of each game round is determined by the certified RNG and is not influenced by the Platform operator.
• Game results are final once the round is completed. Technical malfunctions void all play and returns on the affected round.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mineph platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account (duplicate accounts).
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, criminal, or unauthorized means, including stolen financial credentials.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software that interferes with normal gameplay or provides an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer or multi-player game formats.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or technical vulnerabilities. Any such exploit must be reported to mineph support immediately.

• Attempting to access another Player's account without authorization.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

mineph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity fraud.
• Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• A chargebacks filed against mineph by the Player's bank or payment provider.
• Regulatory instruction from PAGCOR or another competent authority.
• Player-requested account closure or self-exclusion.

Upon account termination for a breach of these Terms, mineph reserves the right to void any Bonus Balance and any winnings derived from bonus funds. Real Money Balance remaining in a compliant account following termination will be returned to the Player via the payment method used for deposits, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC and fraud checks.

11. Responsible Gaming

13. Limitation of Liability

• Decisions made by Players in reliance on information available on the platform.

mineph's total aggregate liability to any Player shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14. Privacy

15. Amendments to Terms

mineph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.
